Delta Fund Administrators is a California-based Third Party Administrator devoted entirely to the management of trusteed plans, such as Taft-Hartley plans, school insurance groups and retiree trusts. We are responsible for the management and overall direction of the operations, contract administration and financial management of each fund, staying consistent with the overall mission, goals and strategic objectives of the boards we serve.

Full-Service Administration

Delta Fund Administrators has the experience and expertise to manage all of your healthcare administration needs. PLAN SERVICES

Delta Fund Administrators offers custom technology designed for the unique operations of multiemployer plans. This technology, along with an internal Affordable Care Act/HIPAA compliance team, allows us to manage the performance of service providers and assure operations remain in compliance with regulatory requirements. We also provide an excellent experience for plan participants by delivering timely customer service responses.

BOARD SERVICES

Experience and attention to detail are at the core of our Board Services. Our Account Managers have, on average, 15 years of experience and are responsible for a maximum of two clients. This ensures clients have the necessary plan knowledge, industry expertise and strategic planning abilities at their fingertips. The Account Managers coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously while facilitating involvement of all key decision makers and stakeholders.

  • GAAP financial statement preparation by on-staff CPA
  • Bank reconciliation and cash management services
  • Customized financial projections and budgeting
  • Coordination between trust professionals and plan vendors

  • Preparation and filing of all applicable ACA forms and transmittals, including PCORI, TRP, and 1095-B.

They can access their member eligibility, claims and benefit status, as well as print copies of forms (HIPAA privacy and claim forms).
